Green Path Law Office

In the Athenian suburb of Glyfada, a 97 m² 1970s flat has been transformed into a contemporary law firm as part of the Green Path project. The renovation was preceded by careful contextual, material and colour research, which guided the creation of a functional and stimulating working environment. The biophilic inspiration came from the natural afternoon light filtered through a lush wisteria, which led to the conversion of abandoned outdoor areas into green oases capable of improving lighting, ventilation and overall well-being.

The demolition of the walls allowed for a new layout: a midnight blue reception area that contrasts with the newly created lush garden and conceals the black kitchen behind folding doors; three workspaces for solicitors flooded with natural light and overlooking the greenery; shared conference and bathroom areas, as well as double-sided functional divisions in walnut and transparent glass that encourage a feeling of continuous space. All the bespoke furnishings were designed by the architect and made by local carpenters in walnut and brushed oak, enhancing craftsmanship and materials consistent with the identity of the project. The studio’s Green Path Renovation project was awarded the IDA 2025 Bronze Winner award in the Commercial Interior Design/Workspace Design category.
