Catalano is opening its new showroom: a 400-square-metre space entirely dedicated to innovation, aesthetic research and design culture. More than just a showroom, it is an architectural statement designed to illustrate the evolution of the contemporary bathroom through the quality and design that have always set the brand apart.

The showroom features an open-plan layout, eschewing predefined routes to give visitors maximum freedom of movement and discovery. The brand’s collections take centre stage, presented through a series of staged installations in which every micro-architectural detail is bespoke. Each setting faithfully reflects the spirit and characteristics of the individual collection, interpreted through a fresh and contemporary architectural language. The interplay of filtered light, avant-garde textures and formal purity interact with the ceramics, offering architects and designers a realistic and highly inspiring overview. A fluid journey through design where Italian manufacturing excellence becomes a space to be experienced.

Thanks to this new space, visits to Catalano take on an even more comprehensive dimension. The exhibition itinerary is, in fact, interwoven with the opportunity to access the production departments and the workshop – places where technology, expertise, research and artisanal craftsmanship take shape every day. Visitors can thus move from the immersive experience of the showroom to the practical reality of the industrial process, observing at close quarters how ideas, materials and technical skills are transformed into finished products. A narrative that expands, becoming a true journey into the heart of the company and the design philosophy that guides it.

Catalano is part of the Mittel Group through its subsidiary Italian Bathroom Design Group S.r.l., which owns it and consolidates its presence in the designer bathroom furniture sector.
